Cancellation Policies
Individual sessions: for supervision, coaching or psychotherapy the full fee will be due unless 3 days notice is given of cancellation.
Training courses run by YTCi = For attending training days / courses run by YTCi including the summer schools.
- All the fees are due one month prior to the course commencing and the fee is non-
refundable. - The total fees for the whole course are due in advance -
however for the year long courses concessions to pay monthly are available. - The fees are for membership of the training groups and not for attendance.
Psychotherapy groups:
- For psychotherapy groups the fees are normally paid on the day of the group.
- There is a minimum notice period agreed for all groups… At least one further attendance at the group after giving notice of leaving.
- The fees are for membership of the group and not for attendance.
For in-
- If less than a months notice is given of cancellation then 60% of the fee will be payable.
- If less than a weeks notice then the full fee will be payable.
A limited number of places can be offered at reduced rates:
Reduced fees for the 101 course and ongoing training can be arranged in situations where the trainee has low income and there are financial problems – Please contact Dave Spenceley the course director directly to discuss your own circumstances and to arrange a financial contract you can afford.
Stripe: Stripe is a safe and effective way of making payments: Ask for an invoice and it will be sent directly to you from YTCi using stripes invoicing system. If using stripe -
Revolut: You can pay using Revolut, please ask Dave for details… (there is no service charges when using Revolut)
Paypal: Please add 3% service charge to each of these transactions to cover the cost of this service from Paypal.
