YTCi Payments and Financial Contracts

Cancellation Policies


Individual sessions: for supervision, coaching or psychotherapy the full fee will be due unless 3 days notice is given of cancellation.


Training courses run by YTCi = For attending training days  / courses run by YTCi including the summer schools.  



Psychotherapy groups:



For in-house training and team development either at the client’s facilities or hosted by YTCi



A limited number of places can be offered at reduced rates:


Reduced fees for the 101 course and ongoing training can be arranged in situations where the trainee has low income and there are financial problems – Please contact Dave Spenceley the course director directly to discuss your own circumstances and to arrange a financial contract you can afford.


Stripe: Stripe is a safe and effective way of making payments: Ask for an invoice and it will be sent directly to you from YTCi using stripes invoicing system. If using stripe - we will add 2% to the fee for the sessions or training being invoiced for.


Revolut: You can  pay using Revolut, please ask Dave for details… (there is no service charges when using Revolut)


Paypal: Please add 3% service charge to each of these transactions to cover the cost of this service from Paypal.


Payments are in Euro - € - Please use this Paypal account:  paypal to YTCi


Bank Transfer - you can transfer the fees to the YTCi Romanian or German bank accounts, please ask for details and an invoice.
